2 eggs
2/3 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of sugar (optional)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
4 slices of bread
In a small bowl mix together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla. Then beat until the eggs are broken up and everything is mixed well.
Then dip each piece of bread into the mixture and then shake to get the excess off, as you do, put them into your prepared pan
Air Fryer for 4 minutes at 390 degrees F. Then flip them over and do another 2 minutes.
Serve with maple syrup and enjoy!
Change up the flavors by subbing almond milk or coconut milk in place of regular milk. Then instead of vanilla extract, use almond or coconut extracts.
